ICW staff organized 5 professional conferences in cooperation with ICW alumni of the Community Connections Program in the cities of St. Petersburg, Ufa, and Omsk in Russia; and the city of Karshi in Uzbekistan. These programs were sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
